4” Hoya Curtisii
Hoya Curtisii Hoya curtisii — 4" Landscape Pot
Tiny leaves, massive charm. The Hoya Curtisii is a delicate, vining beauty with small, spade-shaped leaves splashed with silver freckling on deep green — each one looking almost hand-painted. It has a dainty, trailing habit that makes it perfect for a small hanging basket, a shelf edge, or a cute little pot on a windowsill. A wonderful choice for Hoya collectors and beginners alike.
Care Tips
Light: Prefers bright indirect light. A spot near an east or west-facing window is ideal. Good light helps maintain the silver variegation and encourages the occasional cluster of tiny, sweet-scented blooms.
Water: Allow the soil to dry out fairly well between waterings. Like all Hoyas, Curtisii stores water in its leaves and is much more forgiving of underwatering than overwatering. When in doubt, wait.
Humidity: Appreciates moderate to higher humidity but adapts well to average indoor conditions — one of the more easygoing Hoyas in that regard.
Temperature: Happy in typical indoor temps between 60–80°F. Avoid cold drafts and anything below 50°F.
Feeding: Fertilize once a month in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer. A bloom-boosting fertilizer in late spring can encourage flowering.
Tips: Don't rush to repot — Hoyas actually prefer to be a little root-bound and tend to bloom more readily when slightly snug in their pot. Let it settle in and enjoy the ride!
