DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERIES HAND DELIVERED BY PLATTSBURGH FLOWER MARKET STAFF
A Local Delivery fee STARTING at $5 (For Downtown
Plattsburgh) will be added to each order, for each address. Depending on delivery distance, this fee will
vary. Please ask at time of placing order for delivery fee.
We are able to deliver to Plattsburgh
and the following surrounding areas, but are not limited to them. If you do not see your delivery destination on this
list, please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate you.
Plattsburgh, Keeseville, Ausable Forks, Morrisonville,
Cadyville, Saranac, Redford, Dannemora, Schuyler Falls, Port Kent, Willsboro, Altona, Beekmantown, Champlain, Chazy, West
Chazy, Ellenburg & Ellenburg Depot, Mooers, Mooers Forks, Peru, & Rouses Point
We will do our best to accomodate
deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
The order needs to be at minimum $10 (not including
delivery charge or tax) We do not charge a service fee, unlike all wiring services.
We would appreciate at
least 24 hrs prior notice to the delivery time to accommodate your delivery.
We request to call the recipient's
location to make sure someone is there to accept the delivery. We call to not only check to see if someone is there
to accept delivery, but schedule a convienent time for the delivery to be made. We are unable to leave a delivery at
a doorstep. A call tag will be left at the residence and the delivery will be brought back on the truck.
For
all SUNY PLATTSBURGH & CLINTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE dorm deliveries due to their updated security measures no one other
than students are allowed in the dorms. We will kindly give the recipient a phone call to set up a convienient time
to make the delivery. When the delivery driver reaches the dorm location a 2nd phone call will be needed so the
recipient can meet the driver at the main doors of the building to accept the delivery.
Sympathy Designs are requested to
be delivered to the funeral homes at least 2 1/2-3hrs prior to the viewing hours. Late orders can be delivered if a
second set of viewing hours have been set up.
For Hospital Deliveries (Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, CVPH)
please make sure the patient has been given a room. We are unable to deliver to ICU, because the hospital does
not allow it. Once they are given a room, we would be more than happy to deliver an arrangement to them.
Unlike most wiring services, we do not have a substitution policy because we don't substitute. At the time of the
order, we explain to the person placing the order exactly what they will be receiving.
It is highly recommended
that before all major holidays that you place your order with us at Plattsburgh Flower Market at least 5 days in advance.
